Who Should and Shouldn't Detox
Detoxification is a great way to gain your health. If you are
- overweight
- tired all the time
- have headaches or other aches and pains
- frequent colds and flus
- constipation or digestive problems
- high blood pressure
- PMS
- allergies or sensitivities
There are some exception though, only underdo detoxification with the help of a qualified health care practitioner if you are
- young children
- elderly
- chronically ill
- suffering from a serious disease
- addicted to drugs or alcohol
- been exposed to dangerous chemicals, heavy metals or radioactive material.
